From the sellerModerately used, currently has a crease in the middle of the mattress from transportation, some stains are present as it was purchased in the As-Is section. shipping may be negotiable but pickup is recommended from Portland, Oregon, 97211. I have an unopened king sized sheet set available and it will be included if requested during pickup. if shipping is required it could be negotiated but you will be paying for shipping. I don't see any physical damage to the mattress besides one short tear on the back of the mattress. unsure how long it's been there
