HOTEL VILLA MEDICI HASSLER ROME VINTAGE CERAMIC INKWELL BY DERUTA

This rare and interesting piece of travel memorabilia comes from the famous HOTEL VILLA MEDICI HASSLER in ROME. Marked DERUTA ITALY it is a hand painted ceramic inkwell with attached saucer. Many a post card was written with the ink it once held. The inkwell is 2 1/2 inches tall and the saucer is 6 inches in diameter. We see a tiny flea bite on the edge of the top of the inkwell and two flea bites on the edge of the saucer but the overall condition of this lovely collectible is excellent.
