In 1929, the New York Central's 20th Century Limited was reequipped with the latest heavyweight cars. Among those was the 7 Drawing Room Willow series cars built to Pullman Plan 3583A. They were long-lived cars, serving until the 1960s long after they were bumped from the Century.
