Hero Illustrated number 3, September 1993. Brand new as shown, polybagged with exclusive foil promo card, comic, and poster. Extremely minor damage to bag only on bottom left corner, some sort of residue and a tiny hole, but it's just on the outside of the bag. Beautiful condition, this will ship fast in a semi-rigid mailer with tracking via USPS Ground Advantage. Thank you so much!
