From the sellerHeath & Co. Sextant, Cased. It's smaller (7.5" scale, tip to tip) than the typical sextant (9" scale). The scale is inlaid silver, which dates it to around the turn of the 20th century. There is a shade for the back of the scope, and a 1x eyepiece that takes the place of the scope.
