The rod has never been fished and is in perfect condition. Has a beautiful nickel-silver down-locking rod seat, silk dark maroon wraps, and 10 guides made by Snake Brand lapidarists. The Santiam has a progressive medium action that works well for both close-in situations and moderate distance. It is easy loading, precise casting and a crisp, responsive action that makes it a joy to fish. The rod comes with rod sleeve and original metal case.
