From the sellerMy research shows it was located 3 miles off the coast of Dauphin Island, Alabama, the historic Sand Island Lighthouse marks the entrance to Mobile Bay. Standing 132 feet tall, the current brick structure was built in 1873 but is currently only accessible by boat and is best viewed from Fort Gaines. Information copied from Google.
