Handcrafted Turkey Box Call

I have been making this type of turkey box call for 50 years. I have been successful in my many years of turkey hunting. The box is made from cedar and sassafras. One side is made from cedar and the other is sassafras for difference tones. The cedar side of the call will vary in color from red and cream to all red. The striker lid is made from walnut. I am 77 years old and still turkey hunt here in West Virginia. The box has a screw hole on each end so that the lid can be turned around to make a difference tone. The box is set to make the yelp of the wild turkey for the buyer. It will also make the purr and cluck. The third turkey picture was taken in the 2025 fall turkey season.
