This 9 inch plate is a beautiful example of French Faience pottery. The plate features a lovely hand painted flower basket pattern in a variety of colors. The round shape and delicate details of the design make this plate a wonderful addition to any collection. The condition is very good with the exception of a fine 1" hairline crack on the outer rim and what appears to be a manufacturing defect(?) Represented by the missing glaze on 3 dots on the basket. See last pics.
