Titled "Tales of Horror" with a "Curse of Frankenstein" 31-Oct-1997 postmark. It is signed by Melvyn Hayes, who played "Young Victor" in Curse of Frankenstein, with 2 inserts. This is #8 in a series of 10, length 8.675" by 4.675". Very Rare
