This is a Hallmark Keepsake "Mr. Ashbourne" ornament. It is the first in the Dickens Caroler Bell series. The ornament is made of porcelain and is hand-painted. The year "1990" is printed in gold on the book Mr. Ashbourne is holding. It combines the look of a figurine with the charm of a bell. The ornament was a special edition release. Very good used condition. Please see pictures.
