From the sellerOrnament is used, however it is in perfect condition. Nonsmoking home. Brand new batteries have just been installed, and ornament has been tested. The Magic feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 9 year old ornament. Even when new batteries are installed, they can stop working at any time. This ornament is being sold as is.
