New in box. Nonsmoking home. Ornament has never been removed from box, therefore, I am assuming the Magic Cord feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 10 year old ornament. It will need to be connected to a Hallmark Keepsake Magic Cord, which was sold separately. There is very minor denting on back of box, see pictures. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
