New in box. Nonsmoking home. Brand new batteries have just been installed, and ornament has been tested. The Magic feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 10 year old ornament. Even when new batteries are installed, they can stop working at any time. Ornament was only removed from the box once in order to install batteries to ensure it was in working order. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
