From the sellerNew in box. Nonsmoking home. Brand new batteries have just been installed, and ornament has been tested. The Magic feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 13 year old ornament. Even when new batteries are installed, they can stop working at any time. Also, please note that there is an ornament hook taped to inside of box (see pictures). Ornament has never been hung on tree. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
