From the sellerNew in box. New batteries were just installed, and Magic feature has been confirmed that it works. HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 12 year old ornament. With new batteries installed there are usually no issues. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Magic feature has stopped working, even with new batteries. There is a Hallmark ornament hook taped to inside of box (see pictures). This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
