New in box. New batteries were just installed, and Magic feature, along with pull string have been confirmed that both work. HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 17 year old ornament. With new batteries installed there are usually no issues. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Magic feature has stopped working, even with new batteries. There is tape on inside of box, and very minor denting of box (see pictures). This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
