From the sellerNew in box. Nonsmoking home. Ornament has never been removed from packaging, therefore, I am assuming the Magic feature works, HOWEVER, keep in mind this is a 15 year old ornament, with 23 year old batteries that are enclosed. They usually work when installed, but not always. You may need to purchase new ones. Unfortunately, I have ran into instances where the Magic feature has not worked even with new batteries. This ornament is being sold as is. There will be no returns or refunds. Please note this fact before purchasing. Thanks!
