Description
From the sellerThe Groen NFPC-4 40 Gal Electric Tilting Braising Pan is in overall great used condition. It is wired for 480v 3 Phase. It has been tested and works as it should. It was removed in working condition from a local school. When turned on and set to 200, it came up to temp as it should and cut off around 190 degrees (according to a cheap infrared thermometer).
