Description

From the seller
1912 Greece 10 Lepta nickel coin from the Kingdom of Greece under King George I. This classic holed Greek coin features royal crown symbolism on one side and an owl standing on an amphora with an olive branch on the other — imagery deeply tied to ancient Greek identity, wisdom, agriculture, and national heritage. Struck at 21mm in nickel, this piece is not silver, but it carries strong historical character from the final years of King George I’s reign, just before the major changes Greece faced in the Balkan Wars era. Circulated condition with visible wear, toning, and surface marks. Exact coin shown. A nice affordable world coin for Greek history collectors.
