From the sellerThis dress is unusual, substantial, and difficult to describe. The pinafore has three navy blue fabric covered buttons at the front. The middle button has permanently attached scalloped fabric (looks like wings) which go over the top of the shoulders and attach at the back by hook-and-eye.
