Goebel Poodle Series Boy Conductor Mozart w/ Sheet Music & Poodle 1950s, 4” Rare, hard to find, marked GF 125 on the bottom, the Goebel marking indicates it is part of the series of five figurines designed by Goebel Master sculptor Arthur Möller in November 1954. The series all have children playing or accompanied by a poodle. The series was called "Pudelserien" or "Poodle series". Absolutely adorable, beautiful color, crazing as expected with age, please see pics. The finger is not broken, it’s just a little bit discolored as if the paint just wasn’t originally put on properly, but it does not distract from the beauty of the piece. In excellent condition, no chips or damage, no repairs, no fading or discoloration. From a clean non-smoking home.
