From the sellerThis rack was purchased brand new from go power.com the rack was installed and I realized it just was not for me it comes in the exact condition as you see it there are a few scratches from it being installed the hardware which was not included from the factory I purchased myself and I had to space the rack away from the bicycle with washers because the handlebars would not turn
