From the sellerGertrude ABERCROMBIE -Painting on Masonite - Distressed Wood Dimensions: 8.5cms x 12cms frame 17cms x 20.5cm This is a very small oil painting of a Siamese Cat on a Masonite panel, measuring 8.5cms x 12cms and overall with the distressed white wood frame, 17cms x 20.5cms. The painting is in good condition - the frame shows signs of wear and tear. Verso it has a Continental-style 'ring' hanger. The Siamese Cat has an intriguing grin on it's face, sitting smugly and cross-pawed - quite endearing really!It has a signature and date along the bottom edge - 'Abercrombie '56.
