George White’s 1935 Scandals

The “Scandals” format was a popular in the 30’s, and allowed the studio and producer to create a musical out of performances that were already at hand or easily produced. This is one, although it, like the others, does not have much in the way of brand name stars. Still, the herald is in good condition and is a good example of a small sub-genre that repeated during the pre-ear years.
