Description
From the seller2 cent Washington stamp on an envelope. The envelope is used as well as the stamp. It is postmarked Marion, Ohio 1931. President Harding was the founder of the newspaper. The year 1931 was when the Harding memorial was dedicated. This envelope was cancelled roughly 6 months prior to the dedication. Take a look at my scans and ask me questions through eBay messages. I am not sure of the Scott's catalog number. There are several variations of this Washington 2 cent stamp.
