This magazine has some water damage near the back. notice the ripples on the bottom few pages. only a couple pages stuck together the rest are fine and most of book has good pages. all pages there. and I would say it's in pretty fair condition minus the ripples towards the back and the 4-5 pages in back that are stuck together by the corners. still intact and easily pulled apart.
