This ST801 looks pretty nice, has a working, accurate shutter, and has new light seals and mirror bumper foam. The meter is not functioning. Worse, it has a problem with its advance and does not space frames accurately, frequently overlapping shots. I like this camera and would fix it if I could figure out what was causing its problems, but I can't. Maybe you'll do better? Or buy it for parts and let it live on that way.
