The London Fog! Like you’re staring at it. A view of Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Fritz Ketz was born in Duisburg Germany in 1903 and passed away in Pfullingen Germany in 1983. He studied at the Stuttgart Art Academy around 1929. His studio was destroyed in 1943 during WW 2 along with many of his paintings. I consider this more expressionism than abstract. Oil on burlap signed lower right. Writing to the verso. Painting in good condition with no tears or indentations. Frame in good condition. Please see pictures. Painting measurement 24 x 36. Overall measurement 32 x 44.
