From the sellerTHIS HARDWARE WAS MADE IN THE 1940'S AT A PLANT IN STERLING ILLINOIS. I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF I COULD GET ANY PAPERWORK , BUT THEY HAD STOPPED MAKING THESE YEARS AGO AND SAID THEY HAD NO INFORMATION TO SEND ME. I CANNOT SAY THIS IS A COMPLETE SET OR NOT. I BELIEVE YOU CAN MAKE IT WORK. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE AN AUTHENTIC SET OF HANGERS ON YOUR DOOR
