From the sellerFranklin Mint, 1965 .999 Pure Silver Proof, "HAROLDS Club", Reno, Nevada, Dollar Gaming Token. Total 1965 Mintage = 1,000. Token is #11 of the 27 Tokens in the Silver Set (Made 1 Year Only) which "Marked" the END of using U.S. Silver Dollars in Slot Machines and instead using tokens designed specifically for the casino. Size of Token is approx. 36mm in diameter, approx. 2mm thick and weighs approx. 24.4 grams. Edge is alternating smooth and reeded sections. BTW, the Chief Sculptor and Engraver at the Franklin Mint in 1965 was "Gilroy Roberts" who had just retired as Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, after designing the Kennedy Half Dollar obverse in 1964.
