This is a large 11.5 inch serving platter manufactured by Buffalo China exclusively for Morgan's Red Coach Tavern. The platter features an early 1800's scene in a pub with men coming in from the hunt, and enjoying good food and ale. The platter is from the original Red Coach Tavern, Closter, New Jersey, which is now closed. The plate is in very good used condition without chips or cracks; as restaurant ware, there are wear marks.
