Four German Erzgebirge hand-carved wooden miniature animals

Google tells me these are four German Erzgebirge hand-carved wooden miniature animals. There is a cow in perfect shape. A dog is missing two legs (he has the red collar). A pig in perfect condition. And a dog with stripes is missing one ear. I tried to take pictures from all angles so you could see the details. The dog with two legs just does not stand up. You probably know more than me about these tiny toys. I found them in a keepsake jar on a desk in a Vermont estate sale. I was buying the jar and did not know they were inside until I got home.
