The product is an authentic vintage Fostoria American Cubist Hex Footed 7" Candy Dish with Lid. Note the lib has a lip which Whitehall does not have on their pieces. Made of clear glass with a glossy finish, this acorn-shaped dish features a single compartment and a mid-century modern design. Produced between 1915-1982 in the United States, this original pressed glass item is perfect for serving candies or other small treats. Hand wash only, this candy dish is a charming addition to any American-inspired decor collection. Note chips, cracks or dreaded fogging. There are interesting manufacturers defects: a bubble dark around its edges and a crease line you can feel with your fingernail. I included photos of these.
