From the sellerVintage Foltis / Leader Cam Italian hollow ground stainless steel barber's shears featuring a 360° swiveling adjustable finger hole, 10k gold safety chain, and Swarovski crystal center screw and finger rest accents. Includes original velvet lined red display case, instruction booklet, and manufacturer's guarantee. These particular shears are branded with "The Revolutionary Cutting Technique" in German on the case lining, and the paperwork was printed in Italy, including German translations. This leads me to believe these were made in Italy for the German market.
