From the sellerTo begin with, I don't know anything about this kind of stuff. All I can do is show you the condition and sizes. You can see the scuffs and it looks like it's missing two of the brass pop rivets. In the back on the brass arm it says, SAM BROWN SHIELDS. I do not know how old this is. Please ask any questions at all. I do not ship outside the Continental United States. Payment must be made within 4 days end of auction.
