Free shipping is the continental 48 United States only. 12 Fibes Tom Lugs includes mounting screws and tension rods. 16 Fibes Tom Lugs with mounting screws. 2 Fibes Floor Tom Leg Mounts and mounting screws, I don’t think the mounting screws are original. These are collectible but I would consider them player quality. There are 16 black spacers that someone made up but not original, I will include them in case you want to use them.
