From the sellerFederal Vibratone Horn model 450 B-3. Condition is Used. This is rated at 24 DC Volts. I only have a 12 volt battery to test. It only made a clicking noise. It might have just not been getting enough power to work. I just don't know. So, I'm selling it AS-IS with no guarantee.
