Description
From the sellerGreat antique Flexible Flyer sled that also doubles as a stroller or means of conveyance. It has wheels underneath that can be retracted for sliding. There is a spring and hook on the bottom for this purpose, but the end of the coil is broken and the hook cannot be attached as it is. This could be fixed, I'm sure, if that was important to you, but this wheels well and it also makes a great display regardless. The Model number is 28. Made in Philadelphia I believe in the 40s according to the model number. There are fabulous traces of old paint. This measures approximately 30" to the top of the handle and the seat length is about 27 1/2". Great piece!
