From the sellerIn the photo he is shaking hands with NYC Mayor John Purroy Mitchel, who served as mayor between 1914-1917 at the Polo Grounds in Manhattan. His stamp can be seen on the back of the photo. McGraw has signed it John J. McGraw; the signature is clear and sharp.
