Eufy Security S380 HomeBase T8030 - Ethernet Cable - Power Cord and 1 TB HDD

I was helping a friend setup on home camera and we choose this model at first but then decided to go with the eufy HomeBase Professional S1 so this unit was never really put in use but it was too late to return it by the time he made that decision. We bought th 1 TB hard drive with the unit and again it was never really put in use other that to install it in the unit. Advice from guides are to remove the HDD and do a factory reset which I have done. When the unit boots up now it prompts you to add the device through the mobile app. I do not have the original box or any other physical manuals.
