Gorgeous vintage 14k Byzantine chain necklace marked Italy, 20” in length with box clasp closure. See all photos including description. Width is 1.52 mm. Important: There has been a question as to whether the box clasp closure is misaligned. This necklace has been checked by a jeweler three times and also by eBay authenticators with no such finding. It securely closes. I have included two last photos of bracelet, which are not for sale and are not included in this sale, which show similar boxed clasps, strictly for your viewing comparison. If you believe it is misaligned, please, do not send me an offer and do not bid on it. As per my jeweler, “it’s the way it was made”.
