This is an Emerson RP6251 AM/FM Weather Band Radio. The radio works when plugged into an outlet, but not when batteries are installed. The clock lights up, but the weather band couldn’t detect a signal. Compatible with wired earphones and headphones (has a ‘phones’ jack).
