Description
From the sellerThis is a museum reproduction wall plaque of the gilded leopard head found in King Tutankhamun's tomb. The symbol stamped directly onto the forehead is the hieroglyphic cartouche of King Tutankhamun. It represents his royal name, marking the animal as a protective spirit for the pharaoh. It’s approximately 6 1/2” at its widest point and about 6 1/4” in height and about 1/2” thick. There are some markings below its nose but I can’t make them out. It Weighs about half a Pound. It is in pre- owned condition. Please see photos and Thanks for Looking!
