Beautiful early piece, but don't know what it is! Maybe an ink well, or hair receiver?? It stands 1 1/4 inches tall, 2 1/8 inches in diameter across the top, and 2 3/4 inches in diameter across the bottom! Top cut out piece is Sterling Silver(marked), and bottom a cut glass arrow type design! Great shape with no chips or cracks! See pics for detail!
