Doll Sun Rubber 1957 So-Wee

1957 was the first year that the Sun Rubber company used vinyl instead of rubber. this is the new 9 inch model of the So-Wee doll that has a one piece body with moveable head only. it has a non working squeaker. there is a blue dot on the right thigh and several tiny black dots on the back. the little toe on the right foot is missing. He has wonderful hazel sleep eyes and of course he is a drink and wet. Someone saved a very beautiful piece of embroidered material and made it into a simple but elegant baby gown.
