She is hand carved by the artist who signed on the back of her neck indicating that she is a limited edition of 250 of which she is number 48. Melisse Dolls of Artex of Europe is the company that is responsible for bringing her to the public where the magazine picture that accompanies her announced that she was nominated for the Award of Excellence in 1990. Her dress is the finest tissue silk and she has bare feet to show off more of her carved features. Please look at the photos and ask questions before bidding as there is no return on her.
