Disarmed Bank Security Exploding Dye Pack - ThinPac with Real $20 Bills

Genuine bank security device known as a ThinPac dye pack, embedded in a stack of authentic circulated $20 bills. These were used by banks to deter and mark stolen money during robberies. When activated (typically by radio signal when removed from the premises), the device would release indelible dye (and sometimes tear gas) to stain the bills and thief for easy identification and tracking.
