Department 56 Wizard Of Oz "Want To Play Scarecrow"?

This New in Box Department 56 Want To Play Scarecrow? set has never been removed from the box. The tape on the inner styrofoam packaging has never been removed, so it is still sealed. This has been in storage since I received it. There is a date of 2004 on the box, along with a price tag on the lower right corner of the back of the box. The top left back corner of the box has a small tear (see photo), approximately 1/2 inch down the corner of the box. The top front and side right corner of the box have a couple of wrinkles. I would prefer not to open the box, but will if anyone needs to see photos of the characters. From a smoke free home. I have many Wizard of Oz item listed.
