This is a postwar Lionel 2354 NYC New York Central F3 A unit shell only. It’s complete and ready to mount on your chassis. It’s complete with number boards and windshield. I think the side porthole windows are all four original slightly yellowed with age parts. It has some play wear rubs and dings in the paint. See the pictures. I tried to zoom in on any little flaw that’s obvious. Still, nice shape. A great runner. This comes with what’s shown. No international shipping please.
